All Account balances, deposits, wagering activity, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. kiss912 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as "rollover"). The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a ×15 wagering requirement requires total wagers of RM 1,500 before withdrawal eligibility is established.

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or hand is RM 50 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bonuses carry an expiry window. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonuses and all associated winnings will be removed from the Account without prior notice.
kiss912 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend Accounts where, in our reasonable judgment, bonus offers are being exploited, abused, or claimed in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while completing rollover requirements, or coordinated wagering activities between separate accounts.
All bets placed on kiss912 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted those rules. In the case of any ambiguity, the Platform's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
In the event that a bet is accepted or a payout is made as a result of an obvious error — including but not limited to a pricing error, a technical glitch, a miscalculation, or a system malfunction — kiss912 reserves the right to void the affected bet and reclaim any erroneously paid winnings, regardless of whether the funds have been withdrawn. Users must not knowingly exploit system errors.
Once placed and confirmed, bets are binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the User except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly provided and available for the relevant bet. kiss912 may cancel bets at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, system error, or event cancellation.
For sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events offered on the Platform — match results are determined based on the official result at full-time (90 minutes for football, excluding extra time, unless stated otherwise). Specific sport and market rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting kiss912 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 (or the full remaining balance if it is less than RM 10) until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. You will be notified by email before any inactive account fees are applied.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact kiss912's customer support team with full details of your complaint. kiss912 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
If a dispute cannot be resolved satisfactorily through our internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under our operating licence. kiss912 will provide the relevant escalation contact details upon request.
kiss912 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of material changes, registered Users will be notified via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a notice displayed upon login.
Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication to the Platform, or upon the notice period stated in the notification (whichever is later). Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
